but anyway, how does grammar effect your 'newbieness'? I mean I could easily talk like im texting the whole time, I just choose to not do that unless I'm around like, my best friends on here, when I wouldn't get judged for having bad grammar. I just don't get it...

Everyone makes grammar mistakes, you just happen to make them frequently.
...And since when was stating a fact bullying? -
It affects how much you annoy the other users. Users who act immaturely (example: ranting about being bullied when people say they have bad grammar) and spelling like a first grader make you pretty newbie-ish.
