A bit of constructive critism.
Make the forehead shorter, Make the neck shorter, The hair needs shading, the clothes are all blurry looking and doesn't match the rest of the drawing, The legs are... weird... and lift the face up a little. It's too low.
It honestly looks like she has down syndrome. -
