Uh, they can't kick you out anyways, it's illegal to do so. That's no reason to do that.

They legally can, it's their house. Yeah but that isn't stopping them. Mom is waiting to get some gas money so we can live in the van. And once she gets a job we'll probably stay in a hotel or a motel
