It's not my period... I get my period cramps in the back. But this is like someone's stabbing me over and over.

I literally just used the bathroom before the pain came back. I ate a very well rounded meal.
I thought it was my appendix at first.
I can't throw up any more... :(
But I just realized something... your stomach contains acid. If you don't eat enough, that avoid can start to burn through your stomach tissue... that might explain all the pain and the reason why when I ate it went away. Guys... what if my stomach is burning itself?

It is. It's rare, but if the stomach acid burns through the protective tissue... oh god.

I don't think it's possible for your stomach to burn itself. The stuff that contains the acid (I forgot what it's called) is strong enough for the acid to not burn through it.

did your meal contain enough fluids and fiber? You need that if you don't want a stomach ache...
You have to tell your parents. They'll give you some meds and stuff like that... -
It's when you have cysts on your ovaries, they're these little balls of doom that can grow huge and explode.
I had one the size of a tennis ball once, it exploded, just about ruptured my ovary and twisted some internal organs a bit. Felt like someone was twisting a knife in my guts and I could hardly move. Threw up quite enough, too. -
