No you don't. It's really stupid you would say that. Dancing is movement. As long as you have rhythm and coordination, you can dance.
That's like saying someone needs intelligence to skateboard. All you need is balance and understand how to turn. -

Shido probably dances better than me.I can't dance at all. Not even with a game. The only thing I can do is slow dance and that's the easiest thing in the world.
