To get a profile picture, you have to make a quiz and it has to be taken more than 12 times, I think. You'll turn into a novice and then it'll let you pick a picture.
Quiz ideas? I don't know. I can't even find quiz ideas for myself. xD -
Just need to level up to novice to enable you to have a picture
You need to be a junior to be able to post links and pictures
Good quiz ideas include quizzes directed to girls since the majority of users on this site are girls, such as "How beautiful are you" etc

In order to get a profile picture, you need to make a quiz and jump to the Status "Novice". This usually only takes one quiz to level up, as long as you can get people to take it.
Like Kish said, this site has many girls. However, any gender will visit GTQ and may find your quiz. Something like "How funny are you?" or "Are you a geek?" that's unisex will catch more people's eye than focusing on one quiz for one gender.Moderator -
Another thing that might be good to know is that you can't post links (such as until you're at the status "Junior".

Shoutout quiz is the crappiest type of quiz to make as not applicable to a wide audience.
