It's an anime about a half-demon and a high-school freshman who happens to have magical powers and a bow and arrow, who go around with a fox, a flying cat, a woman with a giant boomerang, and a perverted ass-groping monk on a quest to defeat demons.
The ass-groping monk has a black hole in his hand that could potentially kill him if he uses it too much, the boomerang chick has a brother who was brainwashed by the main bad guy, and the half-demon has a huge sword of death.
The main bad guy is made up of many different demons and is really evil.
They're all in pursuit of fragments from this magical purple object that exploded one day and gives magical powers to anyone who shoves the fragments in their skin.
That's about the simplest explanation of it. -
