Same thing happened to me :O. And now I get cramps every time and they have gotten worse. A heating pad helps.

I once had to go to the hospital for cramps and vomiting during my period. Yeah...6 cm ovarian cyst. Exploded.
But anyway, you know something else that can help? Cashews. They work sometimes. -
