Because I'm finally going to be doing something with my life and I'll be going somewhere. I get to go to the school of my dreams and I've found a flat that's perfect, cheap and only seven miles from the uni.
This school is just utterly beautiful.
And here's the flat I've found, it's been taken good care of and there's a good-sized kitchen.
