WW2 zombies. A rogue German creates a serum that kills nerve cells and enables the user to feel no pain, making them hard to defeat since they feel nothing. But the serum goes awry and enables the person to live extended amounts of time even with mass blood loss. So now an American and Russian must create a serum that reverts the changes.
