Well about your turtle, Rvelez...
They eat small bugs, worms and a variety of small diced up fruit and vegetables. Be careful not to let them eat apple seeds though, because they are poisonous for them
I had a friend who had a turtle, so I helped him feed it sometimes and he didn't feed it lettuce because he said that the vet told him it has no nutrients for turtles so it is pointless in feeding it lettuce.
There are also special foods for turtles, if you could get that then great.
A variety of fresh green plants is the best here, but make sure they are crushed enough for the turtle to eat
