It's not that easy, and she's under the legal age that allows her to work, so unless you mean illegal means of obtaining money and causing more social hardship on her part. Not to mention (sorry for this vegers) a lot of hiring staff mistreat Mexicans and give them less pay due to racial stereotypes and racism above. Your remark came off as incredibly insensitive.
Not to mention with the economy getting a job is near impossible for someone who's young anyways. -

Schools don't offer scholarships, only the government does. And trust me, being Mexican plays a BIG role of whether or not you're getting the scholarship (contributes to "no").
There are many ways to get a scholarship and it's possible but in the end you're still end with a huge chunk of the cost to pay. -
