On Saturday, during trick-or-treating, my parents went out to eat (okay, quick little backstory: Friday night, apparently someone ding-dong ditched us at like 2 in the morning), and so they didn't get back until it was over. And then someone rang the doorbell, I didn't know who it was, but I figured that it was some trick-or-treaters that didn't see the bowl on the porch. But when I looked out the window, no one was there, so I thought it was those ding-dong ditchers. I didn't see anyone running down the street, so that meant that they were one the side of my house with some trees. So I open up the door and walk straight over there without hesitating, and I had a speech going in my head already, so I was ready to yell. But then I see my dad crouching behind one of the bushes, and I just stare at him like "what in the world are you doing?" And so then my mom comes out of the car, which I didn't even notice, and says, "Did you know it was your father?" And I said no, which is true, and then she said, "I can't believe you walked out of there without knowing who it was. I would've grabbed a knife or something to protect myself. But you just strolled out of the house with no hesitation, and made a beeline for the side of the house." And now they're saying that I'm not scared of anything.

Mmhmm, and everyone should know it. But now that I think about it, it was a little bit stupid of me to just walk right out.

Halloween was for you already. Jeez. XD but, I would never do that, I will stay in the house and look out the window or peep hole cautiously

I probably would have grabbed a knife with me though and scared the living s--- out of anyone who was doing it, just for the fun of it. They get their fun, and I get mine...
