No. o-o Just New york, In front of my grandma's apartment, a laundry store had police there, and these skinny black guys were racing on there bikes away from the police. RIGHT IN FRONT IF US. we were watching. xD

They went all the way down the street so I dont know. maybe if blood went into there heads that police cars are faster than there beeboper bikes. :D -u-. and before my sister and cousin were talking and she said, she was wearing short shorts not to short, she got whistled at. xD
