Danny, if you get back on and see this:
check to see if it's still bleeding, if so, put presure on it.
When it stops bleeding, you are going to need to avoid standing for a few hours to allow it time to heal enough so it won't bleed anymore.
After a few hours pass, and ONLY after a few hours, a bit of duckt tape can be used to temporarily hold it closed until you can get stitches.
If you don't want to tell your parents about it, you need to give them a reason to allow you to stay in bed for a few day, maybe say you feel sick.
About your arm, if it's not bleeding too much, don't worrie about it, just let it go, otherwise you are going to need to put presure on it.
If you need to clean the cut (you probably will) You can pour a SMALL amount of salt into them or spray a bit of rubbing alcohol on them.
You probably lost a lot of blood, so you're gona need to eat some food and drink some water so your body can make more.
I can not stress enough how important it is that you stay OFF your feet and in bed for a few days. The cuts need time to heal up a bit or they will reopen and start spewing blood again, plus, you won't have enough blood in you to carry oxygen to muscles, so you can't go running around anyways without passing out, so don't try, crawl slowly to your room and get into bed.
Make sure you keep the cuts covered, you don't want any crap getting in them.
If you have to use the bathroom, crawl there, if anyone asks why you are crawling, say your stomach hurts really bad.
You will probably want to wear pants for a while, fresh scars tend to look a little gross.
As for how to get food and water, you're gona have to get your parents to bring it to you.
And if your parents found you and took you to the hospital... you're better off there.

Well, I'm really tired, so much so that I can hardly believe that I manged to give her accurate information to help her, so I'm going to bed soo, but first, lets both say a prayer for her. And just pretend you did, you gota actually prey for her safety...
