Get a belt and tighten it as much as you can around your leg above the cut.

Or a rope, or even just a rubber band to slow the blood flow to the cut would work!

Doesn't help it's 4 am -
Get paper towels, go sit down, use the towels to put presure on the cut, and stay still. If you can slow the bleeding enough before you passout, you should be fine.
