1. Get your email out there. Private communication is pretty damn important. If they know what we plan we might as well yell it in there faces.
2. Be reasonably active.
3. Be able to cope under pressure and drama.
4. Not be hated by the rest of the team. Some tension can add a bit of improvement but much at all and things break.
5. Be at least reasonably good at remembering things.
6. Have been here from at least march '13 prefferably earlier.
