I wrenched at the bonds. "What are you doing? What do you want?"

He shrugged. "We have to know if you can take the pain."

I stared at him. "What? We? You mean you aren't some kidnapper, or a homeless guy desperate for a girl?"

He laughed. "Do I look like I'm desperate for a girl?"

"I don't know you. So I don't know."

Crap...I'm sorry. My soap with Alex is in third person.))
He shrugged. "So...Skyler? Right? " -
"How would you know? And why would you care?"
It's alright, I do that too.)) -
I looked at her. "I know a lot about you. But lets stop talking." I stood up and walked over to her.

I glared at him and pressed myself against the chair.

I picked up a heart monitor and put it on her arm. Then I grinned. "This is going to hurt...a lot." I touched her arm, sending a hot electric charge though her body.

I arched my back and screamed. The pain exploded throughout my body. When it finally stopped, I was breathing hard and my head hung. I sucked in a deep breath.

I took my hand off her and watched the heart monitor. It hardly moved up.

"What..what was that for?" I gasped.

I looked at her, then back to the device on her arm. "To see how much you were effected."

"Why?" I jerked my arm back as much as I could. "Leave me alone." But I had a suspicion that wasn't the last of the pain.
