Conner chuckled, standing up.

I followed the person to where we were going

They soon were at the orphanage. Conner frowned.

I realized that we might of been led to the orphanage

Conner stood protectively next to his brother.

I was feeling kind of nervous again

The officers led them up to the main estate, Conner remaining at his brothers side.

I was looking around, I still felt nervous

Hey would one of you guys like to soap with me?))

Depends.
Once they were inside, a woman approached them. -
I looked over at the person who came to us, "h-hi" I quietly said

"Hi there!" The lady said with a warm, kind smile. She knelt down so their eyes met. Conner just awkwardly stood there.

I backed away a little

"Its okay darling! I don't bite!" She said kindly. Conner felt a bit better about her being so close.
