Conner watched silently as an officer pit heir father in handcuffs.

Both of them soon had handcuffs, but they were still freaking out

Sometime after five minutes., both were subdued and stuck into he back of police cruisers. Conner soon was told he'd have to come with the police for questioning about their parents..

I saw my mom and dad in the police car -
Yeah. .3.
Conner trotted to his brother. -
I saw Conner coming towards me, it was over, I didn't have to deal with my dad or mother coming at us a unexpected times and beat us up

Conner hugged his brother and actually picked him up, something he hadn't done is quite some time.

I felt him pick me up, I was hugging him back, he didnt do this in a really long time!

Since Conner was so ecstatic, he didn't even notice the officers smiling. One of team even had to wipe a tear from his eye. Even so, Conner just held in brother, grinning kindly.
"We're gonna be okay..." -
( so, what will happen after that? Will they go to a different home? )
I never felt so happy before -
(Yeah..but mabe they get seperated? Like, William and Conner get adopted by different families?)
Conner, after a bit of time, put his brother down. -
( I don't want that to happen, maybe something else, like both go to some place a bit far from where they once lived, in a old house in a rather creepy forest, but like they decide to explore a old abandoned house they find, one of them gets trapped? )
