When I got to hour two I couldn't even do a regular push up I had to do them on my knees and when I was doing dips my arms gave out and I fell on mah butt.

i'm with my friend alex..not you....we watched movies and did other shtuff and he was pretending to be a f---ing vampire and den we drank some cocacola and now i'm laughing like crazy hi!

xP You had that crazy workout, and the only exercise I got was walking all day
and some guys taught me to shokt a basketball.
And you couldn't finish a pushup when you were finished.
That makes me want to work out harder. ._. -
