I take one last look at my uncle before kissing his cheek and walking out the door to the Town Hall. I line up with the other kids, they take a little bit of blood, and I go stand with the other girls my age just before a lady from the Capitol wearing a horrible fuzzy purple outfit walks up.

Roseburns father finished up..She did look beautiful. Her hair was done in a fancy low with two small braids draped acriss the sides. Roseburn was in her mothers old purple dress. It was beautiful on her. She kissed her father godbye and left for the Reaping. Her father would come later.
