Depending in what part you live in, you'd use either all of what is listed above..

Or also "weon", and sometimes even "boludo".

You could say "ignorante", too. In Spanish that's more used for someone who is stupid, not necessarily ignorant.

"boludo", "weon", and "estupido" can also be used in more friendlier terms. But make sure it's not with a sensitive person!
