LoveO NewbieI really, really like this Senior, I'll call him G. (I'm a Freshaman btw). He and my brother used to be best friends before my brother transferred schools. G has never had a gf, I'm not sure why. He is sorda nerdy though.. We're obviously not in any classes together because of the age difference. And I only get to see him 4 times a day and every time I'm in the hallway and don't see him, I feel lonely and very sad. I don't even know how I came about liking him, probably because he was my brother's friend and I am used to seeing him a lot of places and so I grew to love his personality. A bad part is that my school and my brother's school are 'enemies' and G and my bro compete against each other in Science Olympiad so it is a little weird when I cheer for both of them at the competitions. It feels like the only way to get over him would be to go out with him, but he's never had a gf and I would be terrified to ask a Senior out! Plus, I don't know if he feels the same way about me. He does look at me as often as I look at him, but we don't talk to each other. What should I do? I feel love sick...:'(

I think the age difference is a complication, but not a stopper, my parents have the same range. Do you ever get a chance to talk to him? That would be a good way to start sending some signals.

LoveO NewbieAwww that's nice to know:) Well we both have band first hour, but the only chance that I could talk to him is in the locker room. (For our instruments) And than I could only talk to him for 2 minutes. Do you think I should at least try? Even though I would get VERY nervous :-/ Just say hi? I mean I've never spoken to him before so he might think it's weird but you said that's how I can send a signal...
