Ok. Number 1 isn't really embarrassing but your aren't allowed to go to the toilet the entire quiz. You also have to drink 2 bottles of water.

Now go outside at the front of your house and start grunting like you are trying to poo.

Now stay outside and jog around the road you live on once and if you pee while doing this you have to do it again but walking so people can see that you peed your pants

Now go back inside and drink another bottle of water and wait 20 minutes

If you peed your pants you can remove the tape from them now and you HAVE to choose one of these
- 1) wear nappies for 1 week and you have to go in them instead of the toilet
- 2) tomorrow you have to pee your pants in a public place
- 3) keep your underwear on for 3 days without changing it
- 4) if your a girl don't wear anything but a loose paper towel under your skirt and have a sign saying "ask me to do a cartwheel"
- 5) do the quiz again but with double everything
Count how many you said no to and then do what is says.You can take the tape off unless your consequence says you can't
- 0: nothing
- 1-2: pour cold water in the front of your underwear
- 3-4: leave the tape on for the rest of the day
- 5-6: get someone to give you a messy wedgie
- 7-8: wear nappies and pee and poop in them in public for 2 weeks
- 9-10: all of the above (you can take the tape of to put the nappy on but make sure to put some new tape over the nappy when you've put in on)
