  1. Hi. I'm Skylar. I'm 14 and live in an invisible town. So invisible, I don't even know where it is. I have a brother in high school, Kevin. Let me just say, they don't get any dumber. I have a dog named Halo, he is a golden retriever, and my hero.
  2. The door bell rings. I run down stairs to get it. I open the door. "Hey Sky!" My BFFL, Marco says. Then I remember that I forgot to ask my mom if I could go to the movies with her. I don't know what to say. So I step out and shut the door behind me.
  3. "Sky, what's up?" Marco asks. " you forgot, didn't you." I look down a my neon orange converse and say "maybe." "SKY!!!" I quickly say " I am going, either way. My crush was mention to be there. Justin, the dreamiest guy I ever layed eyes on.
  4. We hop onto our skate boards, and head toward the theater, when I spot little miss prrfect's car out front. I should have known the Brittney would be here.
  5. As we reach the theater, I look to my left and see a car, a fast car. Heading straight towards us. I scream.
  6. I feel myself being shoved out of the way. Sit up, gasping for air. I see Marco on the ground next to me, breathless as well.
  7. I stand up, and brush the dust off my clothes. But Marco is still lying there. "Marco?" I walk over. She whispers quietly."Sky, my arm." I didn't have to look, I knew her arm was broken.
