  1. We all feel down sometimes. It's natural. No matter the reason, it doesn't have to last.You can change this feeling.
  2. Just try as hard as you can to be around nice, posotive people. And, sometimes, it is also best to get off the internet for a little while. The internet opens up your eyes to how deprssing and evilthe world is, but please, stay on long enough to read this quiz.
  3. Try to do things that make you happy, things that will take your mind off of whatever is bothering you. I like to watch TV sometimes if I'm upset. It gets my mind off of the real world. But sometimes this makes things worse. Only you know if this works for your situation.
  4. Remember, and I know this sounds cheesy, but attitude is everything. If you say, "I'm depressed. I'm gonna go to bed and sleep forever," and give up, chances are, you'll be sad a lot longer. But, if you say, "You know what? I have a life to live! I'm not going to let this bother me!" and push through, you will probably be a lot happier.
  5. The most recent time I was down in the dumps was... Hmmm... two hours ago. I was upset because Justin Bieber grew a mustache, and my Bieber Fever levels were low. It's also kind of depressing right now, because it's cold and I can literally hear the wind howling.
  6. So yeah, I'm a little sad,but that's just because I'm worried about my dogs. They are outside dogs, and it will get down to 16*F tonight... I heard a story of a person who let their dogs freeze to death. I don't want to be that person. My dogs mean everything to me!
  7. Oh gosh! I am so sorry! I forgot that I was supposed to be cheering you up! Well... Here's another idea that might cheer you up. In the future, when you are having a great day, make a ten minute video. Go outside and first video the sun for ten seconds. Then say hi to the camera. Then, explain how good that day has been. Next, sya some encouraging words. Walk around, showing the camera your yard, your house, and some nice people. Then crack a joke and say some more encouraging words. Then, do the same thing as you did in the beginning and turn off the camera.
