  1. Chapter seven: When we arrived at Camp Half-Blood, there were already people waiting for us. I'm not really a fan of big crowds but these people seemed like they were okay. "Percy! You're back!" A girl with curly blonde hair said as she ran up and hugged Percy.  "Um yeah." Percy replied as he accepted the hug, "and I brought four demigods. This is Megan," Percy said as he pointed to me, "this is Dakota," he pointed to Dakota, "this is Alaina," he pointed to Alaina, "and Jake," Percy finished off. "Well it's nice to meet you guys. I'm Annabeth," the girl said, "Percy, have any of them been claimed yet and do any of them have dyslexia or ADHD?"
  2. Percy scratched the back of his head and said, "I don't know if they have ADHD or dyslexia because I've been a little busy trying to get them here, but I do know that Megan's been claimed."  "Well..." Annabeth said, "who is her God parent, Seaweed brain?" "I'm not exactly sure," Percy said while looking confused, "she saw three symbols, a lyre, a trident, and a shoe with wings." "Um actually I saw a lyre and a miniature trident and a shoe with wings circling the lyre," I chimed in. I heard a bunch of gasps coming from the other demigods.
  3. A girl, who was Asian, took a step forward until she was right in my face, staring me down like I was going to shrink away from this girl. I'm not the type of girl who is gonna let someone intimidate me, so I took a step forward and met her stare. Everyone else backed up like they couldn't believe what I've just done.  "Get out of my camp," the girl hissed at me.
  4. "Who's gonna make me? You?" I said with my voice dangerously calm. The girl's stare lost it's intenseness. Obviously no one has stood up to this girl before. "Trust me you don't want to make an enemy of me," she said. "Try me," I hissed back at her and took another step forward. She backed up, looking defeated. "You'll be sorry for this," she said. "Drew, just let it go," a girl who looked really strong but mean said, "this isn't a fight your gonna win." Reluctantly, Drew went back to where she was standing, murmuring something that I couldn't hear.
  5. Before I could go back to where my friends were standing, I saw a white light and had this weird vision. I saw a little girl in the woods, crying, and a monster was standing next to her. The girl looked around the age of six and had blonde hair. The monster was dragging her by the arm behind it while the girl was screaming, "No! Stop! I don't wanna go with you!" My vision changed and I saw a sign that said "Riverside City, New York". When the light dimmed down and I could see again, I saw Jake standing over me looking concerned. "Are you alright?" he asked me.
  6. "Yeah I'm fine," I said, "why? What's wrong?"  "Um you and some other people passed out for about 15min." He replied. I looked around and noticed that there were other people on the ground and they started to wake up.  "The whole Apollo cabin passed out," Percy said, "did you see anything, Megan, when u passed out?"
  7. "Yeah. I saw a little girl being taken by a monster and she was crying and screaming that she didn't want to go with it," I replied in a shaky voice, "what are we gonna do? That poor little girl must be terrified." My whole body was now shaking, as I put my head in between my legs and looked at the ground. "Hey it's gonna be okay," Jake said as he put his arms around me and pulled me closer to him. "Yeah. I'm sure we can go and help her, right?" Alaina asked Percy. "I-I don't know guys," Percy said while scratching the back of his head, like he was thinking, "I think it's too dangerous to go, sorry." after a little while later he said, "Hey, Annabeth, where's Chiron?"
  8. "Oh, he went on a mission and didn't tell us what it was," Annabeth replied. "Who's Chiron?" Dakota asked. "He's a centaur, half horse half man, and he's in charge." Percy replied. I finally stood up and when I did I said, "I'm going to that little girl." "Megan, you can't. It's way to dangerous," Percy said with concern in his voice, "you could die." "Well that little girl's gonna die if I don't help her," I said, "and I'm going whether you guys like it or not."
  9. "Fine you can go but take someone with you," Percy said reluctantly, "but I don't want you to take any of your friends because they haven't been claimed yet." he said as he looked around the crowd, "take Jason." "Who's that?" My friends and I said at the exact same time.  "Yo, Jason," Percy called, "come here." A some what tall guy with blonde hair cam running over to us.  "I need you to take Megan to..." Percy trailed off as if wondering where we were about to go. "Riverside City, New York." I said.  "Alright, I think I know where that is," Jason replied.   "Awesome, so let's leave now," I said as I reached for his arm. "Woah, okay," he said as he backed up, out of my reach. All my friends started to laugh and so did I while Jason just stood there looking confused.  "Come on, I'm not gonna hurt you," I said while still laughing. "Okay?" was all Jason said, as he still looked confused. "Come back alive," Jake whispered to me with worry in his eyes. "I will, I promise," I replied. "Good," he said as he smiled at me. That was the last thing I heard him say... or at least what I remembered before I lost some of my memory.
