WoW Classic Classes Quiz - Dance Edition

This quiz will help you bridge the gap between the dance floor and the keyboard, so that you can decide what to play in WoW Forever! You may know how to party, that doesn't mean you know anything about partying and choosing your class in WoW Classic.

Pretend you are an idealized fantasy-game version of yourself when choosing these answers. Will you prefer melee combat or ranged combat? Supporting your team as a healer, taking charge as a tank, or dealing damage? Let's find out!

Time to get ready for the dance! What kind of aesthetic are you rocking?
- Just a basic normal fit. No one would bat an eye if I wasn’t at the dance
- Darker tones with fun colorful accents and accessoriesv
- The colors, Duke…the colors! I’m wearing them all
- As little as I can get away with!
- I’ll just try to match whatever my besties are wearing
Gotta pack your supplies for the dance cause it’s gonna be a looooong night. What do you bring?
- A small bag with body armor/Gatorade, energy bars, proteins bars. I’m going harder than most people, but I'm going to need to take lots and lots of small breaks all night to stay healthy.
- A light snack in my pocket and/or I’ll just need the water coolers a bit if I pace myself.
- Nothing! I’ll be able to keep rocking through a whole set or two without needing breaks
- I’m packing a whole backpack with refreshments, but just going to watch and cheer my friends on as they dance
How will you arrive to the dance party a few blocks down from your hotel?
- I’d like to use my own personal free uber, even if my friends get there later than me.
- I’ll go on foot at a brisk pace
- On foot, but I’ll take my time. No rush, the night is young.
- Idk lol. I’m just tagging along and letting my friends set the pace.
The event coordinator had pulled you aside before the dance and offered you an opportunity to more than just dance:
- Sure, I’d be glad to lead the party as the DJ for a set! (you magically know how to do this already for this hypothetical)
- I’d rather just be on the dance floor doing my thing
- I had planned to sit back and watch, maybe help with the lights and visuals.
What kind of dance moves do you like to do when you get there?
- Just some basic swaying and stepping for the most part; wild expressive moves aren’t my style.
- I like to spice things up a bit and move my hips and feet with some bigger arm movements sometimes
- I’m always changing things up and pulling creative, unusual moves
- Clapping and waving at my friends.
Uh oh, a mosh pit has formed and you’re getting sucked in!!
- No problem. I like standing my ground and being in the action, giving as good as I get and then some!
- I’d rather not be here, but I can handle myself until things quiet down without getting bruised up.
- Get me out of here! *dives through a small opening in the crowd*
- I get some good shoves in before anyone can bump me around and leave on my own terms.
Do you hear those sirens? Sounds like a dancer was naughty and got sent to horny jail, and you’ve been chosen to help punish them (playfully). Choose your weapon:
- Shoot nerf darts and throw foam balls at a distance
- Dual wield balloon swords and foam swords and unleash a flurry of blows
- Big giant baps with a pool noodle or big foam hammer
Hold up, before you start attacking with your weapon of choice there’s rules to the style of your attacks. What is your preference?
- Big explosive opener, with some downtime to recharge
- Big on-demand damage, but you can be interrupted while charging it up
- Big damage, but you have to build up to it, or get lucky
- Tons of small, steady, and consistent hits
- Something in the middle of all these options
What kind of dance party are you committing to? One where you can lead as a DJ, dance, or run all the AV effects [in this hypothetically you can magically do all of these stress-free, tho DJ still carries a lot of pressure]
- A mix of your three favorite genres, changing each set? (A DPS class with three different playstyles you can swap between)
- You can dance a lot and DJ a bit on the side if needed
- There only one genre to dance to, but you can play with the lights or DJ with your magic DJ skills for fun if you want.
- There’s only one genre to dance to all night, but you mostly wanted to focus on the AV stuff and hanging back anyways
- You can dance a lot and run AV on the side if needed
After the dance you hit up some rhythm games at the arcade for fun, not trying to set any records or anything. (hint: do you like less more more buttons for basic damage dealing)
- Drumming games and DDR. Games with just a few buttons are my speed
- Pop n Music and Guitar Hero type games
- Something like DJMax. I prefer lots of buttons and some unorthodox options, too
- I’d prefer reaction tests like whack-a-mole to rhythm games
Tomorrow there’s a halloween DnD themed party planned! What kind of fantasy character would you prefer to dress as
- Something with brute force
- Something that uses cunning and finesse
- Something more spell-caster oriented
- Something that calls on the power of nature
- Something with divine power
