  1. Lets start. You are out hunting. The winter sunlight filters weakly through the overhead brambles, and your paws are crunching on dead leaves; its the beginning of winter, and the stream of prey is slowly weakening. Snowflakes have begun to fall instead of rain. Suddenly your sharp ears pick up a noise; yelping from the gorge! You're not sure what to do...
  2. Whatever you chose, you know in your gut that you have to help. You run towards the rumbling sound of the gorge, crashing through pine trees, until the trees stop and you skid to a halt. You see a pair of large white paws hanging on the edge of the steep jagged gorge. You know that many meters bellow is the roaring water. You race to the edge and peak over. You gaze into a pair of blue eyes, filled with panic. Broad white shoulders. "Help me _____! Please!" Gasps North...
  3. However you chose to save him, you seize him by the scruff and haul him over the lip of the cliff. You both collapse in an exhausted heap. You are both lying on your sides. He sits up, ducking his long neck to meet your eyes. "Thank you." He says in a deep, quiet voice. He looks away as you look at him. You...

  5. 3) You help him up, and share a quick glance into each others eyes, and see his panic fading, and walk back to the packlands.

  7. "How did you fall over the edge?" You ask softly, curiosity getting the better of you. He looks at you. He towers over you with his long neck and legs. But his eyes are gentle.   8. Your approaching the pack's main clearing, when you hear two arguing voices. Two wolves push in; a huge, black male, and a smaller, slim red male. Wasp and Arrow. Wasps yellow eyes are alight with fury. "_____!" He calls your name, then jumps forward to stand by your side, glaring at Arrow. "Thank goodness your here! Help me talk some sense into this moron." His black flank his pressed against yours. "He doesn't believe that Pack Izli is trying to invade our territory. And yet we've all seen with our own eyes that they've moved the border!" His eyes are blazing for a fight, and Arrow is looking hurtfully at you, like he expected you to take his side. You decide to go tactical. "Yes Wasp, the border has been moved by Pack Izli. And yes Arrow, there is now sign they've even used the land. It's only been moved a few feet, but it's been moved. Does that help?" You ask. Wasp's eyes loose their fire, and burn with a warm heat, and Arrow looks gratified.

  11. Wasp swings his great head around to glare at Arrow. "Since your so sure the Izli's aren't invading us, you can walk up front and tell the Alpha why were back from our patrol early." Wasp is a higher ranking than Arrow, even their both Hunters. So Arrow shoots you a longing look and then walks up ahead and disappears through the pine tree.
