  • I'm going to write my advice in dot points :)

    - Eat at least 3 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day

    - Get a minimum of 8 hours sleep (be in bed no later than 11)

    - Exercise 5+ times a week (either 10 min of high intensity or 30 min of low to moderate). Do an exercise you enjoy; boxing, dancing, tennis, running, walking etc.

    - Listen to music (it can calm the soul)

    Ps. It sounds as though you have severe anxiety and perhaps Bi Polar (chemical imbalances in the brain- a type of depression). Also, I don't know how old you are so this may or may not be true for you: Your hormone levels may be far more changeable than average teens, causing common mood swings and lash outs.

  • It sounds like to me that its more like you don't trust many people, forcing you to go into solitude where you are most comfortable because your afraid of being betrayed by someone you care deeply about. Or I could be wrong, im not a therapist, but if im wrong, get a stress ball. But don't throw it at people

    -Lay on bed, put your hand on your belly and breathe slowly. It might sound stupid, but it will calm you down and make you feel more peaceful. Do it at least once a day.

  • i think i know how you can find out which disorder u have. go to the search bar on this site and type disorder. when you find a quiz that says which disorder do you have , click it at take the whole quiz.

  • I always turn bright red, too. I hate it. Drinking ice cold water helps it, though.
