    I'm not that skinny anymore lmao, and I'd like tips for strengthening my core and tightening my tummy. It protrudes kinda when I relax it and I have rolls when I sit :/ I actually like my hips and legs, but I just want my stomach to be slimmer.

    If you're wondering about my measurements, feel free to ask.

    Basically what I do is flutter kicks

    It works out the abdomen and makes your core stronger along with your legs feeling like jelly honestly

    But it works it out a lot


    Another thing is hoola hooping

    They make us do this in ROTC as well

    It works out your stomach and wee

    Crunches too basically what we do is do four counts of tens

    So like one two three OnEeee one two three tWoooo

    And yeah

    Do ten sets of ten of each every day, and you'll see results fast.

    Flat belly is made in the kitchen and on the track.
    In other words tight core is great but its not gonna produce the aesthetic appeal your looking for no matter how strong you get.
    What makes the attractive, flat abdomen is careful diet and plenty of cardio
