Lucy exhaled, leaning against Nick’s side. “No, it’s okay, I get it,” she spoke softly, grabbing his hand and twining their fingers together. “I’ll be fine, I do have a ride home.”

“Okay, as long as you do,” Nick said softly, wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

“I do, don’t worry~” Lucy said with a small smile, kissing Nick’s cheek. She leaned closer into his side, humming softly. “You’re very sweet, Nick~”

Nick blushed, smiling softly. “Thank you~ you’re really nice, too.”

Lucy giggled softly, watching him with a smile before gently pulling away. “Well, I’m gonna go find my friend and help her gather the others we’re taking home,” she said, standing to her feet. “Oh, right- Let me give you my number~“

“Oh, yeah,” Nick said with an awkward grin, grabbing his phone and making a new contact and handing her his phone.

Lucy smiled and out her humber in, handing the phone back to Nick. Her own phone buzzed and she looked at it, sighing. “Gosh, I’ve really got to go- G’night, Nick~” She said, pressing a kiss on the ravenette’s lips before leaving him alone in the room.

Nick watched her leave, sitting there for a few minutes for standing and heading out of the room and downstairs. He walked next to Clay and George, staying quiet. “The f--- is wrong with you?” George asked, furrowing his brows.

“Did she dump you already?” Clay half-joked, chuckling nervously.

“No, I just feel bad, still,” Nick said quietly. “Okay, we’re going home,” George said, pulling out his vape as he started towards the door, hoping Clay wouldn’t see it.

“Babe, seriously-“ Clay said with a chuckle, pulling George back and grabbing his hand with the vape in it. “If you wanna vape, you’re not gonna do it in my car, okay? And- don’t feel too bad about it, okay? She’s got a ride, right?”

“I’m not! That’s why I’m doing it now and not getting into the car-“ George said, taking a hit of it. “I know- I know, I just feel bad, I wanna make a good impression,” Nick said quietly, following them out.

“Y’all literally just had sex, I think you left a good impression~” Clay teased with a chuckle, letting go of George. “I’m gonna grab a water really quick, let me know when y’all are ready to head out.”

“Yeah,” Nick chuckled awkwardly, walking and sitting in the back seat of Clay’s car. “Okay, I think we’re just gonna head to the car,” George said, watching him walk away.

“Got it, I’ll be right out,” Clay said with a small smile, walking over to a table. He grabbed an unopened water and made his way back outside, humming softly as he took a sip of his water.
