imsoclueless Senior"Right- Uh, see you, I guess," Connor spoke, watching Evan as he walked off. Don't think I can't see through that mask, Evan, he thought, sighing as he turned to go off to his first class. Not an unfamiliar sight to me...
(mAgIcAl tS-)
Connor arrived at the detention classroom in his baseball uniform, groaning softly. "I don't even get out of detention for practice, are you s---ting me??" He muttered, rolling his eyes as he sat down at an empty desk. He dropped his bags to the floor and grabbed his journal, opening it up and beginning to draw in it. -
(wAiT
i feel like evan should accidentally skip detention because he’s like, panicking somewhere? or maybe he chooses not to? to be rEbElIoUs) -
imsoclueless Senior(ooh, wait yeah, let's do that-
and maybe like, jensen comes in (either to make sure they're both there, or bc evan could've skipped out on his last class before the end of school) and then connor goes to look for him maybe?
then they have a wholesome bonding moment, maybe?? xD) -
(yessss)
Evan had locked himself in a bathroom stall, trying to quiet his panicked sobs.
(do you want me to be jensen?) -
imsoclueless Senior(sure yeah :))
Connor tapped his foot against the floor as he drew, trying to push back the annoyance he felt from missing out on practice. Stupid f---ing detention- And where's Evan?! If he gets to get out of it, so should I! -
Jensen quietly opened the door, walking over to the teacher at the front and whispered something to her. The teacher shook her head and Jensen nodded, saying a few more words before gesturing for Conner to come with her and heading towards the door.
-
imsoclueless SeniorConnor looked up and stood, a confused look on his face. He followed Jensen out of the classroom, panic beginning to rise. "I'm- I'm not in trouble, am I? I swear, I wasn't planning on ditching," he said quickly, an awkward chuckle escaping his lips.
-
“No, you’re okay,” Jensen said, quietly shutting the door behind him. “Have you seen Evan? He apparently didn’t go his last class, and he’s obviously late to detention.
-
to detention.”
-
imsoclueless Senior"No, I- I haven't, not since earlier this morning," Connor replied, relaxing a bit. He paused, the panic still settled in his stomach. "He- He was acting kind of weird, earlier. Maybe- Maybe I should go look for him," he muttered, looking around for a moment.
-
“Um,” Jensen paused, glancing at her watch. “Yeah, that’s a good idea. If you find Evan, bring him straight to my office, please. And tell the office to notify me.”
-
imsoclueless SeniorConnor nodded, turning and walking off. f---, I knew something was up- Why didn't I just ask him before? He thought anxiously, quickening his pace. He began searching classrooms, calling out Evan's name as he walked down the halls. He asked teachers he came across, getting a no in response from them. He later found himself outside one of the smaller bathrooms, walking inside. "Evan?" He spoke, seeing one of the stall doors were shut. "Evan? Are you in here??"
-
Evan froze, quickly needing to choose either to pretend he wasn’t there, break down and cry to whoever it was, or pretend nothing was wrong. The second one wasn’t really an option to him, so he went with the third. “Y-Yeah,” He cleared his throat, trying to steady his voice. “What’s up?”
-
imsoclueless Senior"Are- Are you okay?" Connor asked, walking over to the door of the shut stall. He lifted his hand to reach for the handle, but hesitated. "Can I- Can I open the door?"
-
Evan wiped his eyes, flushing the toilet and standing. He grabbed his bag and slung it over his shoulder, opening the door and facing Conner. “Yeah, I’m good, why?” He said with a fake, confused smile, moving past him to wash his shaky hands.
