The teacher had just put it up on the board, and it was swarmed by students checking to see if they got the part.

"I'm going to wait for the crowd to disperse," Elliot said to Eloise, watching them stand. "Go on ahead." Eloise nodded, smiling. "C'mon, Havyn! Don't wanna be left out," they said, grabbing her hand.

Havyn chuckled. “Alright, alright!”

Elliot watched them walk off with a small smile, exhaling as he pulled out his phone to check his email. Nothing new, as expected. He groaned softly as he gripped his phone tightly in his hand, turning it off and pocketing it. He watched as the crowd started to slowly disperse, waiting go to up once there were fewer people.

Havyn noticed him on his phone again and frowned before following him.

Elliot stood and walked over to the board after everyone had walked off, standing in front of the cast list. He scanned the paper until he landed upon his name, looking over to the left side to see the role by his name. He exhaled a sigh of relief, seeing the name Beast beside his name in bold print. "All that worrying for nothing," he muttered to himself, smiling.

Havyn scanned the cast list to find her name. She didn’t at first, but she saw that Eloise got casted as the wardrobe, and she smiled to herself.

"You find your names yet?" Elliot asked, looking over at Eloise and Havyn. "Hell yeah, I got the Wardrobe! I knew I'd get her," Eloise replied with a proud smile, their hands resting on their hips.

“I… I got Belle.” She said, first in disbelief before saying it again proudly. -
"Oh my God, I knew it!" Eloise exclaimed happily, turning to Havyn and hugging her. "I called it, I just knew you were perfect for the role." She smiled happily, letting go after a moment. Elliot smiled, nodding in agreement. "Congratulations, Havyn."

Havyn hugged them back, grinning. “Thanks. You’ll be amazing as the wardrobe too.” She smiled. She looked at Elliot. “Good job getting the beast.”

"Thanks, girlie~" Eloise said with a smile, walking off to talk to their fellow cast mates. "Thank you," Elliot said with a smile, his face turning a barely noticeable shade of red. "Kind of ironic, though, innit? Us, who used to hate each other's guts, now playing love interests?" He added with a chuckle, running a hand through his hair.

Havyn’s face flushed a light pink. “Er, yeah I guess it is.” She said with a nervous laugh.

"Well," Elliot said after a moment, clearing his throat, "I'm sure the show will be great with you as Belle." He stood in awkward silence for a moment, awkwardly fidgeting with the hem of his shirt. "Well uh, I've gotta- I'm gonna- Bye." He awkwardly backed away, walking over to his chair, pivoting on his heels, and walking over to the door of the classroom and walking out. Eloise walked back over, a confused look on his face. "What in the world was that all about?" They asked, a small laugh escaping their lips.

Havyn couldn’t help but chuckle after seeing him so awkward before walking out of the class as well.
