"It's nothing." Jayden mumbled. He hated lying to Chester.

Chester frowned. ‘It doesn’t seem like it’s nothing.’

"Well it is." Jayd said quietly. "Please, just drop it."

Chester frowned but didn’t say anything more. He nuzzled into Jayden.

Jayde wrapped his arms around him. "Come on, lets go find that pocket watch."

Chester nodded, bunny ears drooping.

Jayden kissed the top of his head. "Maybe it fell off the dresser?"

‘I checked.’

Jayd frowned. "Huh..."

Someone poked his head in. ‘Morning, Cottontail.’

Jayd looked up. "Astrid, get out."

Chester buried his face in Jayden’s shirt.
Astrid smirked. ‘But I think I have something you’re looking for.’ -
Jayd frowned, holding Chester closely. "What do you want?"

Astrid held up Chester’s pocket watch. He didn’t respond to Jayden’s question. ‘Looking for this, Cottontail?’
Chester looked at him, quivering. -
Jayden noticed it. "Astrid, give it back."
Astrid waved it around as if he was trying to hypnotize the two of them, looking at them both with an amused expression.
