"Geez, do you ever walk normally?" Jayden blurted. "And I'm not doing much of anything honestly."

Maeve pouted. 'No pranks? Not even a small one?'

"Well what sort of prank were you thinking about doing?" Jayd asked, figuring as long as it wasn't too bad Chester couldn't get too mad.

'Vaseline on the floors!' Maeve suggested. 'Or replacing the tap water with peroxide!'

"No, oh my god no!" Jayden said, laughing at how absurd it was. "That could actually kill someone!"

Maeve pouted. 'Pleeeease?'

"No, think of something less deadly!"

Maeve huffed. 'You sound like Chester.'

"Maybe Chester has a point when the pranks are so messed up! But don't tell him I said that EVER."

Maeve rolled her eyes. 'Fiiine.'

"Good. Now lets do something simple like confetti falling from the chandelier when people walk down the hall. We do have a chandelier here, right?"

'Yeah!' Maeve said happily. 'There's one in the ballroom! But we don't use the ballroom much anymore...'

"We could change that." Jayd said with a grin. "Maybe we could do some kind of party where we need everyone to meet up in the ballroom?"

'Chester doesn't host balls anymore.'

"Why not?" Jayden asked curiously.
