Chester sat at the seat next to him.

Maeve teleported to the table after a minute or 2.

She stared at the two of them. ‘Did you two swap clothes or something?’ she asked.

Jayd chuckled. "No. He told me he wanted to see me in a suit."

Chester rolled his eyes. Maeve smirked.

"How cuuuuute." She teased. Jayden blushed a bit.

‘Shush,’ Chester chuckled.

Maeve just smirked more, her eyes switching between the two of them every couple seconds.

‘You are absolutely ridiculous,’ Chester said with a laugh. He rested his hand on Jayden’s.

Jayd smiled. "Very ridiculous." He agreed. Maeve shrugged.

Chester chuckled.

The food came after a bit, which was the most delicious cinnamon rolls Jayden had seen possibly ever.

Chester noticed Jayden’s face. He chuckled.

"How have you been blessed with such an amazing cook?" Jayd asked in disbelief.

‘It took a while to find him, I can assure you,’ Chester said with a chuckle.
