'Yeah,' Callum chuckled.

Eli pet Ralph more, smiling. “You’re so pretty.” They said, accidentally switching to the goofy baby voice. “I mean- your coat is beautiful on you.” They switched to a formal sounding voice.

Callum laughed. Ralph seemed to roll his light blue eyes, and nuzzled his head against Eli's hand.

“Ralph, did you just roll your eyes at me?” Eli said, laughing. “For that you owe me a cuddle, deal?”

'Fair enough,' Ralph said, jumping into Eli's arms.

Eli squeezed Ralph into a hug, grinning from ear to ear.

Callum smiled and turned away to straighten the sheets on his bed.

After a few more seconds Eli let Ralph go.
“No let that be a lesson for you: don’t ever roll your eyes at me, or else you’ll have to endure another hug.” -
'You'll need to think of a better punishment.'

Eli shrugged. “I just want another hug.” They admitted, laughing.

Ralph jumped into Eli’s arms again, and their face lit up as they gave Ralph another hug,
