'Thank you,' Callum said, taking his lunch and putting it in his bag.

"No problem." Eli said, finishing making their lunch and put it in their backpack. "Now lets go."

Callum nodded. 'Thanks for letting stay, Mrs...' he called, before looking at Eli. 'What's you last name?'

(Omg how do I always forget to add a last name to the character sheets UGH)
"Thompson." Eli said, grinning. -
(LMAO I didn't bother to check, either)
'Thanks Mrs Thompson!' -
"No problem, you can stay anytime!" Eli's mom called out from her room.
"Thanks mom, bye!" Eli called out before walking down the front steps. -
Callum followed, shutting the front door after him. 'Your mum is nice.'

"Thanks." Eli said, smiling. "She's awesome."

'She does seem like it.'

Eli nodded, walking to the bus stop.

Callum followed.

They both got to the bus stop and Eli sat down on the metal bench, waiting for the bus along with a handful of other kids.

'How mad do you think James is about yesterday?'

"Oh I bet he's absolutely infuriated." Eli said, chuckling dryly.

Callum laughed. 'Yes.'
