Name: Ocrais (Oh-crass)
Gender: male
A lingering fragment of an unknown God, which wanders the world's. He does not appear to be aware of himself randomize transporting between worlds, and appears to be less the lucid. He appears to have difficulty keeping track of his thoughts, and will occasionally just...stop. in those moments he appears to be frozen in time, and when he resumes existence he will not realize that anything has happened.

And I don't fully understand if he has powers.

He has the power to summon and control storms, but it only sometimes works. When it does however, the storms tend to be....rather destructive. He also can occasionally turn into a giant f--- off dragon, but thats only if someone tries to kill him
I'm going to have him start In IDLEATRc but he will probably move around -
Well f---, M&S's world is gonna have it's climate even MORE f---ed up.
