Elytra patted Syd on the head before petting Vitalus. "Good morning!"

Vitalus purred loudly at the pats

Elytra smiled brightly and went to go get breakfast.

Vitalus got up to follow her

"What do you want for breakfast, I wonder?" Elytra said, rummaging around. "Maybe just some proper breakfast food will do."

Vitalus made a trilling noise

"Hmm?" Elytra said, turning around.

Vitalus just blinked up at her, hugging his teddy

Elytra smiled. "I'll fix you something up."

Vitalus grinned and nodded

Elytra filled a plate with fruit and some bacon and eggs, before sliding it over to him. Syd dutifully gnawed on a piece of bacon.

Vitalus happily munched on the fruit

Elytra ate a plate of scrambled eggs and bacon. After a relatively large breakfast for such a small creature, Syd left to scout for more objects.

Vitalus watched Syd leave curiously

"Don't dig holes in the house," Elytra said warningly, as Syd lifted one clawed paw to do exactly that.
