Aiden looked surprised. "I wonder what he was doing here."

"he looked scared and tired, he even accused me of being dead." Mikan said.

"What?" Aiden said. "That means he knew about the...attempt."

"I don't know." Mikan said her eyes darkening at the thought of wester being part of the asasination attempt.

"You don't think he could be involved, do you?" Aiden said, worry prominent in his eyes.

"I mean, maybe, but I don't know." Mikan said starting to panic.

"Woah, woah, calm down," Aiden said. "He's probably not involved. I would have known."

"but how did he know." Mikan said starting to hyperventilate.

"Maybe he found you," Aiden said. "Maybe he got scared. We should ask him."

Mikan was still concerned but decided to continue eating.

Aiden was worried about Mikan. If Wester was somehow involved...

"you see wester hasn't always been in the best state of mind, he had paranoid schizophrenia and he didn't have the best upbringing." Mikan said.

"He should see a therapist or something," Aiden said. "Mikan, I'm starting to wonder if it's safe for you to go alone."

"it's perfectly fine, after all if I can deal with the years of my dad and stepmom, I can deal with wester." Mikan said.

This did little to comfort Aiden. He put his hand over hers. "I just want you to be safe."
