  Some advice, people probably aren't joining because they don't know your reputation as a role player and you don't seem to have much experience with it.
  
  If you join a group plot with some more experienced role players, they can help you learn the this and that's and other things for role playing.
  
  As you improve and role play with others, people will start to recognize your reputation as a role player and it will be easier to get people to join your plots.
