  Hmm... Maybe my character is some sort of crimelord who the cops need to help them figure out who the murderer is? Like White Collar?

  Could work but what I meant was is do you need to add pic of character I see a lot of people do this.
  
  I also need a person that isn't playing along to chose the murderer/s so we have no idea who it is.

  Here is how a group soap usually goes:
  1. The plot is told
  2. People fill out a character sheet that usually includes name, gender, looks, picture (optional), personality, and age.
  3. Everyone is given a turn to go in. Ex. Me, funniebunnie, you. (That was random :P)

  Anybody can do an rp. Soaps and rp's have few differences.
