I've never had any obsessive stalkers, so I wouldn't really know what it's like from experience, but if I were you, I would tell them to kindly f--- off.
I would start off by saying hey, and asking how they've been, and that you missed them (or maybe not, depends if you hate the person or not.) -

ArianaMurphy2 Newbiei got one... okay so last year i somehow got a really bad rep like people were saying i was sexually involved with at least 7 different guys on my campus but the thing is i never did any of it and never acted like i did or anything.. but yh some people told the deans i did it at school and the deans didn't believe me when i told them i didn't so i got expelled and now I'm doing online school. but what i want your advice on is... how do i prevent this from happening at the next school i go to?

Well I mean....you can't really prevent dickfaces from being dickfaces....but, I would suggest being nice to everyone, and try not to make any enemies, so people would have no motivation or reason to do this to you. Maybe some people had grudges against you, so I would just try to be nice to people. (I'm not saying that you weren't nice to the people at your old school, just to clear that up.)
