  In the US, I think it's 16.

  But still 15/16 is an ok age.

  The age of consent in most places is 17 I think. Lowering it to 15 or 16 might not be a bad idea, because there are alot of people who have commited statuatory rape with a 15 and 16 year old, in which the relationship was completely consensual, and are forced to register as sex offenders.

  I say 16 is the lowest it should be. :/
