The term Anarchy can have many different meanings, mainly because every time someone pokes a hole in it they change the definition, but Anarchy generally refers to a society without a government. It also carries connotations of lawlessness and political disorder, but again, different meanings.

An Anarachist is a person who believes that Anarachy is the best political system, in the same way that a Communist is someone who believes Communism is the the best economic system.

Anarchy is literally no government. It is a good idea but it is unrealistic for a number of reasons. I personally subscribe to the political theories of John Locke: there should be as little government as possible, and government should only exist to protect individual rights and private property.

I guess my question here is...

With anarchy there would be no capitalism?

I say yes because governments are necessary for free enterprise.

I suppose there would be private trade. Capitalism means that the trade isn't controlled by the government, so yes, there would be capitalism.
