Hn... Kira killed a lot of prisoners with heart attacks, which is what this appeared to be.. I haven't heard too much about his case, since most of the details seem to have been safeguarded from the public, and Amnesia's... expertise.... can only reach so far. What makes you think this isn't Kira? -
For one the prisoner had known heart problems, he was put on medication. Second, that medicine is very dangerous and it is very easy to over dose.

Hm.. It should be fairly easy to figure out if there's someone else his medication must go through first.... I thought agents of the government, including those employed within the prisons, were supposed to cooperate with you..
