That's a horribly impolite thing to say to a girl. And you don't need to be bringing roleplay into arguments. Saying that you pulled your hat over your eyes is unnuecessary, and if you were truly worried for the life of a friend, you'd be out reassuring them, not sitting on the internet guilt-tripping a young girl.
